All gameplays on Famplay are under constant surveillance, if you’re getting this error it is due to suspicious activity detected in your game play.

You can find all your FamPlay winnings in the Rewards section of your FamPay app!

Your FamCoin winnings will be auto credited to you, while your cash winnings can be found and claimed under new rewards. 


Unfortunately, some of the paid Famplay contests are not available at certain locations. We would request you to play the free version of the same.



I am unable to join the paid version of Famplay. I am receiving a location error. What should I do?



Scores achieved when a challenge is still live are the only ones considered for the leaderboard. In case you are still playing after the challenge ends, that particular score will not make it to the leaderboard.


Why was my final score not counted on the leaderboard?



In cases where two players have the same score, ranks are decided based on who scored first!



My score was the same as another player, why did I still get a lower rank?
