I was supposed to receive money in my FamApp, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?


Since the amount is debited from the source account and did not reach FamApp and was marked failed. The amount will be refunded back to the source account within 2 business days. Please note that working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays & Govt. Holidays.



I tried loading the wallet, the transaction failed in the app but the amount was debited from my account. What should I do in this case?



The amount is stuck on hold. Don't worry, the money is safe. 

Please follow the below-mentioned steps to refund the money back to the source account. 
1- Go to the 'FamX' page and tap on the View All Transaction option in your FamPay app. 
2- Tap on a particular transaction that is stuck on hold.
3- You will find two options 'Retry' and 'Refund to Source', please tap on 'Refund to source' and the refund will be sent to the source account within 2-3 working days.


Amount which is  supposed to be credited is on-hold, what should I do?



The transaction must be in processing status from the sender's end. I request you to contact the sender Bank. You can reach us once the status is successful from the sender's end.



The amount which I’m supposed to receive is pending. What will happen to this transaction?



If the receiver hasn't received the money, it could be stuck in the gateway. In that case, we'll refund the amount to you within 3 business days. Please remember that working days do not include Saturday, Sunday & Govt. Holidays.



I have made a transaction and the same was not credited to the receiver. What should I do? 



If your transaction status is processing, it usually takes 2 business days to settle. Within this time, the amount will either reach the destination or be credited back to you. Please note that working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays & Govt. Holidays.

I made a transaction and now it shows as pending. What will happen now?



In case of refunds, it takes 2 business days for the amount to reflect into your account.
